1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Koru Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Koru Studio is an AI-powered content production platform designed to help athletes, teams, media managers, photographers, agencies, and sports organizations transform event photos into ready-to-review content packages. The Service may include photo uploads, AI-assisted photo selection, content recommendations, caption generation, content organization, and export tools.

3. Early Access

Koru Studio is currently in early access. Features, functionality, pricing, and availability may change as the platform evolves. We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the Service.
• Circumvent security measures or access controls.
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or malicious content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos, media files, captions, content packages, and other content uploaded to or generated through Koru Studio. Koru Studio does not claim ownership, licensing rights, or commercial rights over your content.

By uploading content, you grant Koru Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, analyze, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authorizations to upload any content submitted to Koru Studio, including photographs, sponsor assets, logos, branding materials, and media containing identifiable individuals. If content includes minors, you are responsible for obtaining any permissions required under applicable laws and regulations.

7. AI-Generated Content

Koru Studio uses artificial intelligence to assist with photo selection, content recommendations, caption generation, and other editorial workflows. All AI-generated outputs are provided as recommendations and first drafts only.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing any content generated through the Service. Koru Studio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

8. Learning and Personalization

Koru Studio may use your approvals, photo selections, replacements, removals, caption edits, and other feedback to improve recommendations within your own account and profiles. Your content, uploaded media, and feedback are not used to personalize another customer's account without your explicit consent. Koru Studio does not use customer content to train public AI models without explicit written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

The Koru Studio platform, software, branding, design elements, and related intellectual property are owned by Koru Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the platform without prior written permission.

10. Payment and Pricing

During the early access period, pricing and subscription terms may be communicated individually. Where applicable, payment terms will be specified separately. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

11. Availability of Service

Koru Studio is provided on an "as available" basis. While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent access to any specific feature. Features may be modified, updated, added, or removed as the platform evolves.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koru Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-related damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, publishing errors, or delays in content production. The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind.

13. Termination

You may stop using Koru Studio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if continued access presents legal, security, or operational risks to Koru Studio, its users, or third parties. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before suspension or termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as Koru Studio evolves. For significant changes, active users may be notified by email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
